Well not many people are probably going to jump at this option, but those families in drought stricken areas of the world sure would love to have a toilet like this in their bathroom. Whenever the toilet is flushed the faucet on top serves as the water source to fill the tank, and also giving the user the opportunity to wash their hands, thereby saving water by basically double use!!

make it a bidet and sign me up! no toilet paper and less water! means more time spent at the casinos .... or maybe just one more movie a week ...
